1953 in Hollywood California.
Marilyn Monroe and Jane Russell being memorialized by putting their hands in cement at the Grauman Chinese Theater’s Walk Of Fame.
I was 8 years old and my sister Christine was 6. My parents had an invitation to the occasion, and my mother bought us new clothes to wear. My new Levi’s were too long and my mom folded the cuffs up high. I remember because I didn’t like having to wear them like that, but my Mom insisted.
The Boy in this picture is me. The little girl on far right, in her new dress, and those Pigtails, is Christine, my Sister!
